The puggle is sweet-natured, playful, intelligent sociable and affectionate. They can be a bit stubborn, but are trainable with consistent positive training. Their smooth, short coat requires little grooming. Both the Beagle and the Pug are big shedders, so the Puggle will also shed.

Puggles are happy-go-lucky dogs that get along well with children and other dogs and pets. They are highly energetic and require regular activity.
